Rules For My Art

Terms of Service;

Different pieces of work have different rules. You will respect the rules, or you won't be able to use the art. As stated before, I have art, freebies, and soon I will have more, for now, I will tell you my rules.

Before using any of my art, you will check with deviant art or my website for now on. I will now have permission lists on each pose and will need you too provide me with your username and what site.

Terms & Conditions

On purchasing any of my art you must adhere to these rules;

None of my art is allowed where you cannot give me permission. I might let Worlize users use my art, but credit is still DUE.
 

Requests

• I have the right to decline.

• You must send me a message with full detail AFTER I say I accept your trade to see if we will both go through this.

• YOU WILL NOT CALL IT OFF AS SOON AS I START DRAWING.

• If you don't like your request, do not ask for another piece of work. I will simply delete the art, and not give you permission. ^.^

Point Adoptable

• Linearts belong to the artist, please, do not tell me I took credit. I only colored, unless I made the lineart ^.^

• If you are caught doing something horrible with your purchase or didn't alert me of you selling your character, I have full authority of taking it back. Sorry, but no illegal use or selling the character I had made without permission :/ . Be respectful.

• Don't claim anything. 

•  Points are mostly advised but so are deltas! Paypal is iffy at the moment!

Premades

• When buying, send deltas to Disaster or points to MadisonF. Points may or may not be accepted. Ask first.

• You will only be able to use this pose when your name is added to the permission list. It will not be added till I get the payment due.

• I have the right to decline refunds, and possibly will deny them. Just like deltas, you mostly like will not get a refund. You paid me to use them, and if you ask for a refund, don't come here asking for it. I will send you a link referring to this rule!

Commissions

• Commissions are paid by via. deltas or paypal/points. Paypal will most likely be accepted gladly. 

• I am mostly into canine art, and cannot guarantee your 100% satisfaction because no one can really. I will try my best, but I still have the right to turn down a refund. Be cautious.

• You will not claim, even if you do have the permission to use. You may claim your characters, your permission to use, but not my art.

•  Till I get the payment, the art won't be in your permission to use.

  Not my exact prices, but close. I will gladly lower if you are uncomfortable for a good reason!

   80 points = $1 US dollar.

   

  Chibis, anime-looking pieces, and more can be made, but be cautioned I won't be the best and I might not do it exactly how your wanting it because I am not an anime artist. I am sorry. However, I do try my best on commissions and every piece I do.

 (NOTICE: IF YOU REQUEST, COMMISSION OR MAKE AN ART TRADE WITH ME, YOU WILL NOT CALL IT OFF AS SOON AS I START DRAWING. YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND, AND THAT IS EXTREMELY RUDE! I WILL CONTINUE ON YOUR DRAWING AND HAND IT TOO YOU AS A NORMAL COMMISSION.

Also, I'm not good yet with coloring extreme character's but will give my best. If your commission's colors are whacked, I'll gladly send you the pose version of it, and lower your price from the colored version to the pose, sending you those few extra deltas you paid, back.)
